We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Neil on 21 Nov 19. The room which was alloted to us was terrible. It is just white washed and alloted to the guest. No Toiletries, No Drinking water, No Telephone, Television was there but only for show - no cable. After numerous complaint and scolding, they alloted us an alternate room which was far better than the previous one. Note : There is a chart of rules and regulations for Guests. Guests are only responsible for everything. The Hotel staff have 'NO' responsibility.

Most horrible hotel stay ever

If you want to ruin your vacation on a remote serene island. Pick this hotel. The arrogance of the owner is simply unbelievable. Firstly it's not a hotel but a kindergarten School.look at the list of stupid rules in the attached photo They have rules regarding how you can use the bathroom. There is a beach nearby so obviously your clothes will get dirty.. but as per hotel's rule u can't wash them in there. Adults are allowed to drink in India but this hotel has its own rules.. consumption of alchol is prohibited. We ordered a cup of tea in our room.. They waiter gave us a dirty tray.. as a result the bedsheet became dirty..Mind you thus was not our mistake since we haven't spilled the tea. When asked to change bedsheet... The owner had the audacity to say that educated people don't drink tea on bed. Since a table is provided we should drink tea there. Overall it's a crazy experience wherein the hotel owner and the staff will surprise you with how rude they can be. The room food and everything else is horrible. Run from this place as fast as you can. Don't even stay here for free. Forget about b paying them even a single rupee of your hard earned money..

We stayed at amullya residency during our stay in neil island. Rooms are damp & shoddy type. Toilet was too dirty. Bed sheets, pillow covers were also dirty. Very average quality of food served.Overall its better look for other option rather than staying in this hotel.

Worse than a homeless shelter

As part of our Andaman Islands trip we checked-in in this hotel on 15th Jan. We were welcomed by a very prominent "No wifi" sign at the reception and a Mr. Sameer Bhattacharya who had a constant smirk on his face for some unknown reasons. When enquired about the dinner, he said he wanted precise number of persons who would be having non-veg. His reasons for asking the same were made clear when we noticed that dinner buffet was more of a prison food queue as the staff wont let the guests serve the food themselves and they kept pouring small portions until you asked them to serve more, repeatedly. Even tissues were rationed, and you got one only if you asked for it. There was only onion for salads. When we asked for cucumbers, tomatoes and chillies- the staff blatantly said they give one item in salad and that day it was onions. We didn't get anything we asked for. No curd or dessert either. So much for a buffet. If dinner was terrible, breakfast was more of a shock. Despite Mr. Sameer's assurances previous night, breakfast only had awful poori sabzi and a pathetic version of upma and tea. Poori were made of pure maida and dripping of oil. Sabzi lacked any spices and salt whatsoever. When asked for bread butter/jam as I cannot simply eat that much oil, Mr. Sameer said, and I quote, " Hotel doesn't run as per your likes or dislikes, eat this or don't if you don't like it, but there won't be any bread for you". Clearly Mr. Sameer had neither had any knowledge nor experience of hospitality industry Or any empathy for the guests. We checked out soon with hopes of never returning to this place. God bless the guests who come to this hotel.

Please don't go to hotel and waste your money, fraud fellows. Boys and manager are waste. They look for money not for customer satisfaction. I recommend not to choose with couple or family in this hotel.
